Delivery Updates


We understand how important it is to be able to send gifts through the post in these strange times, and also to be able to treat yourself and family whilst we all focus on staying at home to stay safe. We are working extremely hard to meet demand and are very grateful that customers are choosing Love Brownies. Our small team is working long hours in the kitchen to bake award-winning brownies which are delivered to your door and we are in regular communication with our delivery partners to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

 

Understandably, our couriers are short-staffed and experiencing unprecedented demand for their services. That is making it hard for us to maintain our next-day delivery promise and orders are often taking a couple of days to get out to recipients. We ask that you bear with us at this time and we promise that we will continue to do everything we can keep you supplied with chocolate treats!

 

Where possible, please order in advance and use the pre-selected delivery date option as this helps us to manage deliveries more efficiently. Please bear in mind that the delivery date option is advisory only and we cannot accept cancellations or refund requests due to delays in shipping due to the exceptional circumstances our delivery partners are experiencing.
