We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours, or guaranteed next day for an extra £3. If you order a next day/specific date delivery and Royal Mail don’t manage it, we’ll give you your money back.
We cannot be held responsible for late standard first class deliveries if the order has been despatched our end on time. The same applies if weather conditions cause a delay.
We offer a First Class ‘To Sign For’ delivery which is still delivered as a First Class delivery but a signature is required upon delivery. Should the recipient fail to be when Royal Mail attempt to deliver we cannot be held responsible for late delivery, nor can we be held responsible for the collection card being misplaced or lost by the recipient. In the event of Royal Mail failing to leave a collection card (which they really are very good at leaving as it is within their interests to do so) and more than a week has passed since the delivery was attempted then we will offer a replacement box of brownies or a coupon code as a gesture of goodwill (which really is very nice of us). We will not issue you a refund as we have done everything possible to ensure the recipient gets to enjoy their bundles of chocolate heaven.
If your order just never turns up (very rare), we’ll send you another one for the next day.
You’ll have to be quick, to be honest. Once we’ve baked your batch, we can’t take cancellations or offer a refund.
We get very few of these, but when we do, we take them seriously. So if you’re at all unhappy with your brownies, send them back. But please do so within three days, so we can get a fair idea of the problem.
Financial details entered on this site during the payment process will not be stored or retained by Love Brownies and will not be forwarded on or sold to 3rd party’s. All payments are processed in accordance with the local law. Customers DATA will be processed in accordance with local law and not sold to third parties.
