As our mums used to say, you get out what you put in. That’s why we never compromise on ingredients. Only the best for our brownies.
Apart from the cocoa (which doesn’t grow very well in Yorkshire), we source as much as we can from locally-based suppliers. We work with farmers who share our belief in ethical, premium-quality produce.
Our eggs, for example, are from Mr Taylor at Hambleton View Farm, in Burton Leonard. He’s looked after hens since he was five years old, and he really cares. The hens are beautifully looked after, and it shows in their eggs.
Also, we don’t use any nuts at all.
So what we put in are the best ingredients, with a big dollop of love. And what you get out is divinely soft, gooey brownies. Smiles all round.
All of our brownies are made to a completely gluten-free recipe in a gluten free kitchen, even our vegan brownies.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
We like our brownies gooey in the middle, so we always pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds, but you do you!
