Refund policy

Because our brownies are freshly made and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Once an order is placed, we can’t amend the address, and it will be sent exactly as entered to our delivery partner. If the address is incorrect, we can’t offer refunds or replacements.

We ship with APC, who’ll email you (using the address provided at checkout) with your delivery day and time. Their email also lets you arrange a different delivery slot or choose an alternative address. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam/junk folder.

APC will attempt delivery twice. After that, parcels are disposed of due to the perishable nature of our products.

During busy periods, like Black Friday and Christmas, or in severe weather, deliveries may take longer. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.
